New Way Counseling And Consulting is a Professional Counseling practice in Glendale, AZ with healthcare providers who have special training and skill in assessing patient mental health and treating cognitive, psychological, and behavioral disorders using a wide variety of therapy techniques. My goal is to offer a holistic approach that will help individuals, children, families and couples develop a purpose-filled life. I understand your individual needs are important. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC), and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Seeking help is often difficult and even scary for many people. I offer you a safe, comfortable, caring, nonjudgmental, encouraging environment. I desire to help you find hope and partner with you as you learn to manage what may feel like the "unmanageable."

Group sessions allow individuals with common goals to learn various ways to deal with different challenges. It helps to know you are not alone in your journey to self-healing.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Life throws us curveballs. Because of that, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 business hour notice, and you will not be charged any fees for the cancellation. However, if you cancel with less than 48 business hour notice or you do not show for your appointment, for any reason, you will be charged the full session fee.
